Questions
What artwork embroiders well?
Logos and text with clean lines and up to 12 colours. Photos, gradients and hairline details don't translate to thread — we'll flag it when digitizing.
Why is digitizing charged once?
Digitizing turns your artwork into a stitch file for the machine. It's made once and reused, so it's charged once per order however many pieces.
Can I embroider more than one spot?
One placement per order for now. For front and back, order one and add a note about the second spot; we'll quote the difference.
Can I send my own garment?
Yes — choose "Your own item". We'll send our address after you order; put a note with your order code in the parcel.
