Scope
This policy covers the English site, free tools and workbench. Last updated 2026-10-12. The service is an independent product operated by Etsy-Tony and is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc.
What we process
Free tools run in your browser and don't send inputs to our servers. Creating an account stores your email and a one-way password hash. The workbench stores records you choose to save and your AI results. Shipping records don't need buyer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers — please don't enter them.
AI processing
Only after you tick the consent box and start a run do we send that run's product information (and image, where applicable) to the configured AI provider. Uploaded images are used for that request only and aren't kept long-term. Results and usage records are stored in your account. AI providers handle request data under their own policies; contact support to ask which provider is currently used. We can't promise that a third party won't retain or train on data.
Payments
Online subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details; we keep the Stripe customer and subscription references, invoice IDs and amounts needed for billing and support.
Partnership inquiries
When you send an inquiry from the Partner with us page, we store the name, contact details, region, shop details and message you provide. We use them only to contact you about a partnership; they are not used for advertising, sold or shared with unrelated third parties. We never collect shop passwords, verification codes or ID documents. To have your inquiry deleted, contact support.
Shop review and Q&A bookings
When you book on the Shop review page, we store the name, phone number, email or WeChat ID, shop link, message, booked time and payment record you provide. We use them only to deliver the service, check payment and contact you; they are not used for advertising, sold or shared with unrelated third parties. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. To have a booking's details deleted, contact support; payment records are kept as accounting requires.
Sign-in and security records
We use a necessary HttpOnly sign-in cookie and no advertising cookies. Sessions last 12 hours. Server access logs and rate-limit records are kept for operations and security. We may count page visits with self-hosted Umami analytics: no cookies, no query strings recorded, no cross-site tracking, and browsers sending Do Not Track are not counted.
Export, deletion and retention
Under Data & billing you can export everything and delete saved records and result text. Your account, credits, model usage and payment records are kept for fulfillment, corrections and accounting. Automated account deletion and email recovery aren't offered; contact support to request them.
Third parties and backups
Links to other sites are governed by their own policies. We don't connect to your Etsy shop or collect private Etsy data. Operational backups may contain data from before a deletion; if a backup is restored, deletion requests are applied again.
