Plans and billing
There are three ways to get credits: redeem a code card (Redeem on the credits card in the workbench), have a plan activated after a confirmed payment (lasting 30 days), or subscribe online through Stripe, which renews monthly until you cancel in the workbench. A code card lasts the number of days on the card from when you redeem it, and each code works once; redeeming another while credits are active adds the credits and extends the expiry. Credits expire at the end of their period and reset on subscription renewal; accounts with an online subscription can redeem codes once it is cancelled and has ended. Before paying, confirm the amount, your account, available features and the refund terms.
Runs and failures
Each skill shows its credit cost. Credits are deducted only when a result passes validation. If the model request fails or returns invalid output, the credits are refunded, and paid calls are never retried automatically. If your connection drops, check History first; regenerating is a new run. If failures pile up, we may pause new runs while we investigate. Passing validation doesn't make a result factually correct — review everything before you use it.
Your content and results
Only submit product information and images you have the right to use, and never submit customer personal data, passwords, keys or cookies. Don't use the service to copy competitors' distinctive designs or text. AI output doesn't guarantee traffic, ranking, sales, profit or platform approval, and visual plans don't replace real photos or evidence of materials, size or quality. Nothing is saved to or published on Etsy automatically.
Cancellation, refunds and issues
Cancel an online subscription any time under Data & billing; you won't be charged again and current credits last until the period ends. Code cards and manually activated plans don't renew. For an unredeemed code card, ask the seller you bought it from about refunds; if a code shows as already used, contact support with your order details and we'll check the redemption record. Paused AI skills aren't charged for, and failed runs are refunded under the rules above. For outages, mistaken charges or other refund requests, contact support with your account ID and payment reference; each case is reviewed individually. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Prices and changes
Fee and exchange calculations are estimates; check them against your platform statements and real costs. Price changes are posted on the pricing page first and don't change credits or periods you've already paid for.
