Made to order, one at a time
Everything in the shop is personalized, so nothing is made until you order. We print or stitch the name exactly as you typed it, so please check spelling, capitals and spaces before paying. Orders normally leave our Hebei workshop within 3 business days. If something changes that, we email you.
Custom fabric and embroidery
Within 24 hours of paying, and before production starts, you can change the artwork, size or address, or cancel for a full refund. Finished sizes, design size and embroidery placement within ±2 cm of what you ordered are normal (fabric shrinks a little and sewing is done by hand). Printed and thread colours always differ somewhat from a screen, especially very dark or neon colours; order an A4 swatch if colour matters. If we print, stitch or sew something differently from what you approved, or it arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it or refund you, your choice. Only upload artwork you have the right to use.
Shipping
We ship worldwide by tracked post or courier. The shipping charge and the delivery estimate for your country are shown before you pay; the estimate is the carrier's typical time, not a guarantee, and customs or holidays can add days. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient. Your order page shows the tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned in.
Changes and cancellations
Reply to your order email within 24 hours of paying if you want to change the name or the address; we fix it free before production starts. Once production has started we can't change or cancel a personalized item.
Returns, remakes and refunds
Because each item is personalized, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, with a mistake we made, or doesn't arrive at all, we remake it or refund you in full: email us within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days after the shipping estimate if it never arrived) with your order number and a photo. Refunds go back to the payment method you used (card via Stripe, or Alipay) and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Payment
Cards are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Alipay orders are confirmed by a person once the payment is matched to your order, usually the same day. Prices are in US dollars and include the item and personalization; shipping is added at checkout.
Your details
We use your email and address only to make, ship and support your order, and to send the order emails you'd expect (received, paid, shipped). We don't send marketing email and don't sell your details. See the privacy policy for the rest.
Contact
Reply to any order email, or use the contact details in the footer. A person answers, usually within one business day (China time).
