Our workshop is in Hebei, one of China’s densest manufacturing regions: low material and labor cost, suppliers within an hour, and the freedom to make one personalized piece or five hundred. You keep the shop and the margin; we make and ship.
Why this is cheaper, and why it still works for small shops
Our workshop sits in Hebei, next to the factories that make the blanks, fabric, boards and packaging. Materials arrive from down the road, not across a port, and labor costs a fraction of what it does in the US or EU.
We are built for runs of 1 to 500, not containers. A one-piece personalized order costs you about the same per unit as a batch, so you can list a product before you know it sells.
Samples, production, name personalization, quality check, packing and international shipping are one team. You send orders; we send tracking numbers.
Every order, part and shipment lives in our production system. You see status, ship-by dates and tracking in your seller account, and get a notice when something needs you.

We sample first so you can check the result, then produce. Quotes, minimums and lead times depend on the design and process, and are agreed in writing.

- 1Tell us what you sell
Send a link, a sketch or a sample. Embroidery, heat transfer, laser-cut wood or acrylic, sewn goods — or your own materials to process.
- 2Sample first
We make one and send photos (or ship it). Price, minimum and lead time are agreed in writing before any batch.
- 3Batch or dropship
Order a batch to stock yourself, or list it in your shop and forward each order to us: we make it to the buyer's name and ship it within 3 business days.

What to expect
Minimums and prices
Quoted per design after we see what you want. Many items have no minimum because we make them to order; batches get a lower unit price. Everything is confirmed in writing before we start.
Lead times
Samples usually within a week. Dropship orders ship within 3 business days of your order. Batch lead times depend on quantity and process and are quoted with the price.
Shipping and tracking
We ship worldwide by tracked post or express. Every dropship order gets a tracking number you can paste into your shop; you can export them in bulk.
Etsy production partner rules
If you sell items we make on Etsy, Etsy asks you to list us as a production partner. We give you the details you need for that.
Payment
Card payment through Stripe (USD). Dropship orders are charged per order from a prepaid balance; batches are invoiced per the written quote.
